Lodging Information

HOUSING

There is limited space in the dorms for teens and adult sponsors and will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Groups are not required to stay in the dorms, but can arrange to stay in a hotel or other site. If your group chooses to stay in dorms please make sure all attendees register for dorm lodging ASAP as we may not be able to accommodate attendees in the dorms once space has filled up. All participants staying in dorms will need to bring a sleeping bag or twin-size bedding and all toiletries, towels, and personal items. Most dorm rooms have twin beds and will sleep two people per room. Groups staying in dorms must have at least one responsible adult of the appropriate gender accompany their group in the dorms and maintain a ratio of 1:8 (adult:students).

HOTEL GUIDELINES

All persons staying in hotels are expected to exhibit a Christian attitude in their actions and words. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times. There should be NO loud talking in the hallways after 11:00 p.m. or before 9:00 a.m. Unless an adult sponsor is present, males are not allowed in females’ rooms or vice versa.
